Greater Louisville Inc. (Louisville Chamber of Commerce) created a web portal for job seekers and employers to connect. They asked Red7e to assist in establishing the brand and publicizing the site. The agency created widely popular messages that dominated the central business district and other parts of the city with out-of-home and transit advertising. Collateral materials and targeted digital media messages fleshed out the effort.
